From powder room refreshes to full primary bath gut renovations. Clean finishes, watertight tile work, and proper sequencing so nothing gets redone.

Insurance-ready scopes. Drywall, insulation, mould remediation referral, crown moulding, painting, and full restoration documentation for adjusters.

Walkthrough & Proposal

We visit your home, assess the scope, and deliver a detailed written proposal with line-item pricing — typically within 48 hours.

Material Selection

You select all finishes and colors. If you'd like help sourcing materials, CivilPro can coordinate procurement for a 7% coordination fee.

Scheduled Start

30% deposit secures your start date. We confirm a detailed schedule once all material lead times are known.

Build & Progress Updates

Direct communication throughout. No surprises. Any scope changes go through a written change order before work proceeds.

Final Walkthrough & Warranty

Punch list, final payment, and a one-year workmanship warranty on all labor performed.
