CivilPro was founded in 2019 by a licensed Civil Engineer with a Master's in Construction Management. Construction isn't a career change for us — it runs in the family. Our founder's father has operated his own construction firm since 1980 and holds a civil engineering degree. That's over four decades of combined family expertise informing how we approach every project.
That engineering background shapes everything: detailed written proposals before work begins, tight budget controls throughout, and a standard of quality that most residential contractors simply don't bring to the table. When we say no surprises, we mean it — because we've managed projects where surprises have real consequences.
We don't just hire bodies. We build long-term relationships with the best electricians, plumbers, painters, tile setters, and finish carpenters in Metro Detroit — and we bring that same vetted team to every project. Your kitchen remodel gets the same caliber of trades as our commercial builds.
